The disease can spread to the nervous system and cause eye problems such as pneumonia, lakrimal gland , inflammation of the back of the eyeball structure involving the retina , inflammation of the white eye , skin infection around the eyelid and orbital cavity , choroid ( posterior ) as well as infection brain and optical .
