You need to arrive at class earlier, excited, and inspired. Motivate all your students and sincerely appreciation their successes. The fact is, yoga exercise is just like music, you can easily teach a student the techniques, but for being a professional mentor, you need to stir the imagination from inside.
Once your students being creators, you could assist them to improve their Yoga practice and see them grow self motivators.
